How to delete your data

Step 1: Open the Application

  • Locate the MCI – Personal Training AI app icon on your mobile device and tap to open it.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings

  • Once the application is open, locate and tap on the “Profile-Icon” in the top left corner.

Step 3: Find ‚Delete Account‘ or ‚Account löschen‘ Option

  • Scroll down through the Settings menu until you find the “Delete Account” or “Account löschen” button. This option is provided for users who wish to permanently delete their account and all associated data.

Step 4: Confirm Deletion

  • Tap the “Delete Account” or “Account löschen” button. You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to proceed with the deletion since this action is irreversible. Confirm that you wish to delete your account.

Step 5: 30-Day Deletion Process

  • Upon confirmation, your deletion request will be marked. The deletion of your account and all associated data will be conducted in 30 days. During this period, you might have the chance to recover your account if you change your mind.

Important Notes:

  • Subscription Cancellation: If you have an active subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, deleting your MCI – Personal Training AI app account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel your subscription through the respective store to stop future payments. Failing to do so will result in continued charges, even if your MCI – Personal Training AI account is deleted.
    • Apple App Store: Go to your device’s Settings, tap on your name, then tap on Subscriptions. Locate the MCI – Personal Training AI subscription and select ‚Cancel Subscription‘.
    • Google Play Store: Open the Google Play Store, tap on the Menu, select Subscriptions, find the MCI – Personal Training AI subscription, and tap ‚Cancel‘.
  • Once your account is deleted, all data associated with your account, including training data, personal preferences, and other information, will be permanently erased. Ensure you have backed up or saved any information you wish to retain before proceeding with deletion.
